The Mission of Operation Smooth Transition (OST) is to properly prepare ex-offenders for re-entry back into society so they are motivated to succeed, and strive for community integration, re-socialization while educating and creating awareness around economic independence and self reliance.

OST targets individuals who are just returning home from being recently incarcerated, helping ex-offenders transition from post incarceration to productive lives.

OST is a focused change agent, looking at the current system and providing better solutions for ex-offenders are thus fighting recidivism, creating productive citizens who contribute to the economical and social well being of the Philadelphia, and while decreasing crime and re-offenders at the same time.
